FThe Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, also known as 30 Park Place, is a hotel and residential skyscraper in Tribeca, Manhattan, New York City.

The project included the replacement of existing motor technology with EC Motors plus Thermostats to improve performance and efficiency DVM Insutries performed the following:

• Retrofitted existing 58 Fluorescent Lamps (T8, Highbays and 2x4 panels) with LED Technology.
• Applied for utility incentives to offset the project costs.
• Installation of Switch Sensors.
